Be done if the functionality has to be extended

However, from such a town, aircraft can be seen up close.....

The number of flights to and from the airport on the outskirts of town seems to increase in the morning and evening.

One plane takes off, and even though it’s still flying in a straight line, the next plane takes off a few minutes later.
Landing and take-off courses to that airfield change frequently. It depends on the direction of the wind.
Depending on the direction of the wind, the route to and from the airport changes in the opposite direction. And if the weather seems to change suddenly, the plane will approach the airport from another direction.

Can functionality be extended?
I want you to know that the factor that constrains the functionality of things is their scale.
Functionality is limited capability and does not scale without limits. Functionality should be suppressed rather than enhanced.
Because functionality is formless, afterthought, and immaterial behaviour. As long as matter is necessarily finite, functionality is also subject to its limitations.
So what should be done if the functionality has to be extended?

Despite its proximity to the airport, the noise produced by planes is barely audible in this town. I don’t know the reason for this. Rather, it is in a little distant town that the noise of aircraft is noisy.
Airplanes landing at this airport are making a lot of noise when they throttle their engines and lower their altitude over the neighboring town.

Will the expected functionality occur if the physical conditions are met?
One solution is to expand the physical conditions.
However, any assurance that the expected functionality will be achieved, even when physical conditions are altered, is a matter of chance.

The neighboring town is far from the airport. However, from such a town, aircraft can be seen up close.
