“It is expected that the hot days will continue. Stay well hydrated and do not force yourself to move.”
Ambulances blare their sirens as they rush through the streets. Not long ago, when I saw an ambulance driving by, I imagined a traffic accident, but these days I imagine something else.
I imagine someone unconscious from heat stroke or dehydration lying on a stretcher in that noisy car.
Some data show a marked increase in the number of people at risk of dehydration. Ambulances responding to such situations must be busy.
- Why are we unaware of potential events?
- All things are repeated cyclically. A one-off event without it would not be recognized by anyone.
This is because our five senses can perceive only the maximum amplitude of a phenomenon. In other words, the only objects we can perceive are phenomena.
The greater the amplitude of a thing, the more vividly it will appeal to our perception.
“Take a rest before your body becomes sluggish. Take some salt with water.”
I’m tired of hearing about the techniques for dealing with the heat. For some reason, the people who give such advice are people who spend all day in a cool room.
Oh, along with measures against heat, measures against infection also trouble us. It has eased up a bit lately, but we still have to wear masks if anyone is around.
- How to accurately grasp the essence of things?
- Conversely, small-amplitude events do not leave an impression on us.
Even though the average values of all things are all approximately equal, regardless of their amplitude.
When wearing a mask, I strongly feel that my body temperature rises. We are sweating and wearing masks.
Temperatures continue to hit all-time highs across the country. That record will be broken again when the heat hits next year.
King Charles III appears to signal an end to climate change activism… “My life will of course change as I take up my new responsibilities,” …
That’s all for today’s post. Thank you
