Conversion from "make because it sells" to "process because it can be reused"

A Colombian company reuses plastic bottles to make bricks for construction. And, in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, the school building is constructed by the reuse brick

Good morning. After lying down, it may take a while to go to sleep. At that time we think about various things. Sleeping is important, but I also thought that that time zone before sleeping was also important.

Let's envision a division of labor that is serialized on the time axis, not parallel work that progresses simultaneously.

Parallel work is particularly useful when making products1

Incidentally, the advantage of recycling is that the cost of raw materials is extremely low because waste is used as the raw material.3

  1. When we do something, we sometimes cooperate. If we cooperate, we can do something we can not do alone. When two or more people join forces, it becomes a division of labor. The work is divided and each progresses in parallel. By putting those work together finally, one result is produced.
Parallel work is particularly useful when making products. The work divided into parts and parts proceeds at the same time and is finally put together. Products can be efficiently produced by parallelizing work.
However, there was a blind spot in prosperity that was efficiently manufactured. As you may have noticed, how do you dispose of the products you no longer need? Parallel work did not include the disposal of finished products.
In other words, although the goal to complete the product was clear, the goal after completion was not seen by us.

  2. Waste recycling is being commercialized. Such a move was reported.

  3. In the past, products have been efficiently produced by parallel work, and we have to reach a turning point. I think that is a shift from parallel to serial work.
In other words, let’s arrange industries that reuse finished products in series with conventional industries. Let’s envision a division of labor that is serialized on the time axis, not parallel work that progresses simultaneously.
If this concept is generalized, the existing manufacturing industry may be revived by the reuse business.
Conversion from “make because it sells” to “process because it can be reused”. Isn’t this idea a breakthrough for tomorrow? What do you think?
Incidentally, the advantage of recycling is that the cost of raw materials is extremely low because waste is used as the raw material. Although labor costs for collecting wastes and storage facilities are incurred, the raw materials themselves are basically free.
The disadvantage is not business continuity? The problem is whether we can secure the raw materials stably. Because we can not conclude that waste will be born forever. The issue of stability in securing raw materials will remain.

1 + 1 becomes 2 and 2 + 1 becomes 3. But dreams or hope only come from zero. The path from zero to one is too far. That is a dream. Today’s post is over. Thank you
