Parallel work is particularly useful when making products¹

A Colombian company reuses plastic bottles to make bricks for construction. And, in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, the school building is constructed by the reuse brick.²

3. In the past, products have been efficiently produced by parallel work, and we have to reach a turning point. I think that is a shift from parallel to serial work.
   In other words, let’s arrange industries that reuse finished products in series with conventional industries. Let’s envision a division of labor that is serialized on the time axis, not parallel work that progresses simultaneously.
   If this concept is generalized, the existing manufacturing industry may be revived by the reuse business.
   Conversion from “make because it sells” to “process because it can be reused”. Isn’t this idea a breakthrough for tomorrow? What do you think?
