Good morning. I want you to admit that I only talk about sleep, but I had a dream when I was sleeping yesterday. It is a dream of a book cover. I love to use clipped note papers, but I decided to put a cover on them. It is often used to cover books such as large-sized leather folded in two. Instead, fold the elongated leather in a serpentine shape, and distribute the notepaper to sandwich it? If so, I thought it might be useful. However, it was something that could not be realized.

1. When we do something, we will improve by repeating the work. That’s because many minor mistakes come out over time, and the skills improve by correcting the mistakes, right? At least at the personal level.
   So what happens when you team up and work? Needless to say, each member maintains certain skills. Individual skills are additive, but teamwork can multiply them. More than the sum of individual skills can be realized by teamwork. If ideal teamwork works, it will produce great results that individuals can not do.

3. Historically, Japan is a rice cultivation culture and has been living as the main industry in paddy farming. Paddy farming methods are teamwork perfectly. It can not be done by individuals or several households, and all members of the community must work in unison.
   With such circumstances, Japanese society is familiar with teamwork. And, the team skills that were born from such a culture made an animation work of a high standard worldwide.
   This time, a great team was sacrificed. One of the reasons is that the team has gathered too much in a narrow space. Not only fires but various risks can be assumed, but were there enough measures for them? Wasn’t the low crime rate in Japan overrated?
   This time, one cultural skill will be lost by the sacrifice of one team. The higher the team’s skills, the higher the barriers to overcome when members are replaced. It should be said that this accident caused us to lose one culture.
