Isn't this a world not covered by the currency contracts we've followed?

Good morning. Occasionally I use a public shared bus. Since I am using an IC card or a prepaid card, I do not have to look for small changes every time, but since the balance has been low from a few days ago, I have to deposit again.

Of course, we do not have any contracts for such a world promise = a contract.¹

But is the profit activity of Youtuber based on this “currency contract”?³

1. When we live, how many times a year do you promise? The promises of the meeting, the promises of the lunch, the promises of the deadline, etc. are generally oral promises. Do you have a written contract for daily life once a year?
   I feel like we don’t make strict promises so often. However, there is a certain “promise” before we are born, and we must keep it. At least everyone is supposed to have a contract to follow the contract. Those who broke the contract are to be punished. If not, the contract will not be maintained.

Each person interprets independently the problem which the contract content has not defined. I feel that such things are unexpectedly many.

3. We know that the currencies used on a daily basis are worth being exchanged. The exchange value is a contract. Currency can be exchanged for goods because everyone follows the contract.
   But is the profit activity of Youtuber based on this “currency contract”? In other words, what was the high profit exchanged for?
   Viewers watch videos. Viewers have not paid even a single penny. Youtuber does not give goods. They are just releasing images. And the business moves because the advertiser is in the middle of both sides. Currency contract by advertisement or sales order works.
   Isn’t this a world not covered by the currency contracts we’ve followed? Isn’t the contract uniquely interpreted by a few people? Is this not an unprecedented new currency contract?
