One of the criteria for judging the actual living conditions

But annoyingly, we are considered citizens by paying local taxes.....

One of the criteria for judging the actual living conditions is the monthly usage of tap water.

In other words, if the amount of water used in a dwelling is less than appropriate, the government will determine that the resident of that dwelling is not living.

The meaning of the word to live is really diverse, but in a sense, to live is to repeat daily life, and one of the items necessary for that act is water.

So that’s it. Was the water and sewage system as a public infrastructure forcibly given as a criterion for judging the actual living conditions, not for guaranteeing a dignified life for us?

I didn’t realize that certain administrative strategies were hidden in the infrastructure we used unknowingly.

surveillance
administration

Now, what do you think is the purpose of such surveillance activities by your town administration?

Perhaps the purpose is to optimize revenues and expenditures, which are indispensable for regional administration.

Residents living in certain areas are granted permission to use water and sewage, which is integrated with local tax collection.

In that sense, it must be said that the local government, which monopolizes the right to use water, which is indispensable for the survival of living things, is more cunning than the general public.

But annoyingly, we are considered citizens by paying local taxes.
