If you use only pepper every time, you will want to enjoy other flavors. Last time, I tried using curry powder for seasoning.
The last failure
Curry powder was sprinkled on a mixture of pork and cabbage, and heated in a microwave oven for 7 minutes. If you heat it for more than 7 minutes, the edges of the pork will harden.
The last failure was just to put a lump of curry powder on the ingredients, so it didn’t taste enough.
So, this morning, I crushed the curry powder into small pieces and let it bite into the gaps in the ingredients.
Start heating. I removed the unwanted stuff on the table and waited with excitement. Great ethnic food will be ready in 7 minutes. Lalala!
Is the image of things important?
We tend to be image-dominated anyway.
Of course, the image of things is information that represents a certain object in an easy-to-understand manner, so it should not be underestimated.
But nevertheless, keep in mind that the image of things is just one piece of information and does not explain everything.
When the image of things walks ahead of things, we will have a great illusion.
When you experience something concretely, if it is different from the image you already have, that thing may be denied. Even though we were only illusioned by the exciting image.
adding curry powder
What have I been waiting for? The finished “ethnic food” was different from the image I had.
The meat and vegetables each had their own unique taste and were separated from the spiciness of the curry powder. It was a wrong idea that just adding curry powder would give it an ethnic flavor.
There is no point in adding curry powder unless the ingredients are sufficiently heated in water so that they cooperate with the curry powder.
In short, in cooking, a partnership of ingredients, water, fire and spices is essential.
