Adjust the interests but not in harmony

But I don’t think that thick watch suits her well. I don’t know why.....

The white shirt suits her. Her hair wasn’t neat that morning though. She even seemed to finish her makeup halfway.
Maybe she overslept. So maybe the clothes she was wearing were sloppy.
In short, she didn’t care about her appearance that morning. But her white shirt, which she casually chose, looked good on her.

Who Quantifies Interests?

I wonder what the premise of harmony is. What is the premise of being able to coexist without colliding with something?
Perhaps one of the criteria for considering that premise is stakeholdership. Because the parties are not in harmony in a relationship where their interests do not match each other.
However, interests should be evaluated comprehensively and not quantified by the subjectivity of the parties.
If the interests are adjusted but not in harmony, it means that the quantification of interests was not successful.
In other words, the interests quantified only by the parties were not objective data.

Her remark also surprised me a little. Why does she have to take care of other toddlers, even though she is above average intelligent and active?
Of course, her growth history must have influenced her to choose the type of job she wants now. But I can’t imagine her teaching young children how to hold a spoon.
A breeze blows and she glances at her watch. It’s a white digital watch. Her gestures show that it is her favorite.
But I don’t think that thick watch suits her well. I don’t know why.
