In the room where I live, there is an old refrigerator.
It seems that the refrigerator can still be used when turned on, but it is no longer in use.
I think there’s nothing more annoying than a refrigerator that doesn’t work.
If I wanted to move it somewhere else, I would have to move it out of the room, but the width of the entrance to the room is narrower than the width of the refrigerator.
In other words, it can be seen that it is very difficult to take out this refrigerator.
Anyway, I wonder how this refrigerator was brought into this room.
The resident of this room before I lived must have installed this refrigerator in the room using a special method.
But I have no way of asking how to do that.
What should I do?
- Is there a way to forget the sorrow
- Grief is an unavoidable part of life, and it can be part of life’s growing and maturing process. Although grief cannot be completely forgotten, its effects can be mitigated.
Below are some ways to reduce grief.
Acknowledge grief: It is important to accept grief because it is impossible to completely forget it. Feeling sad is a step towards listening to that feeling and healing yourself.
Be kind to yourself: Doing kind things to yourself can help you recover from grief. For example, reading your favorite book, rewarding yourself, or eating a good meal.
Stay fit and healthy: Proper sleep, healthy eating, and exercise can help you stay physically and mentally fit.
Socialize: Don’t isolate yourself by socializing with friends and family. Spending time with people helps me forget my grief and share it.
Try new things: Trying new things can help you recover from grief. For example, you may start a hobby, travel to a new place, or take up a new sport.
The most important thing is to feel the grief and accept it. You can’t forget your grief, but you can recover by taking these steps. However, for long-term grief and depression, it is advisable to seek professional help.
