Conditional Function Behavio

Only time will tell whether or not he will be a good father to David.….

The man’s name was John, and he was a serial divorcé. He had been married twice before, and both marriages had ended in divorce. The reason for his first divorce was rumored to be his violence, but he never confirmed or denied it.

John had recently remarried a woman named Mary, who also had a child from a previous marriage. The child, a two-year-old boy named David, was now John’s son.

John was a very messy person. His desk was always cluttered with papers, coffee mugs, and other detritus. His phone was also always left in the middle of his desk, covered in a pile of junk.

One day, John’s wife Mary was cleaning his desk when she came across his phone. She noticed that the wallpaper was a photo of David. She was surprised, because she had never seen this photo before.

Mary asked John about the photo, and he told her that it was a recent addition. He said that he had taken the photo a few weeks ago, when David was playing in the park.

Mary was suspicious. She knew that John had a history of violence, and she wondered if he had hurt David. She decided to keep an eye on him.

A few days later, Mary came home from work and found David crying. She asked him what was wrong, and he told her that John had hit him.

Mary was furious. She confronted John about what he had done, and he denied it. He said that David had fallen down and hit his head.

Mary didn’t believe him. She called the police, and John was arrested. He was charged with child abuse, and he is currently awaiting trial.

This story shows how the same function, in this case a man getting married, can exhibit different behaviors under varying conditions. In John’s case, his first marriage ended in divorce because of his violence. However, his second marriage is still going strong, even though he has a child from his previous marriage.
