I always checked the mail that was delivered, so I couldn’t understand why it was being urged, so when I explored the mail that was piled up, I was sure that a letter of insurance claim was delivered. I forgot to look at the contents of the letter. The next day, I went to the government office and paid a small but disappointing fee.
Now that e-mail and SNS have become popular, we are able to communicate and send messages relatively easily and quickly, but paper mail is used for administrative notifications. Since paper mail is a document, it may be appropriate to use paper in the sense that it will provide evidence that will remain in the future.
