Discussions between the two parties do not extend between the three parties

Good morning. When I look at a photo album that was edited 10 years ago, a photo taken 10 years ago from the time the album was edited is pasted. The album edited 10 years ago records 20 years ago from now. There are two types of past in the album: 20 years ago pasted on the album. And 10 years ago, when the album was edited.

For example, in the case of a marital crisis, a third party will mediate.¹

2. In 1987, a missile ban was agreed between the former Soviet Union and the United States. At the time, these two countries were the two largest powers in the world, and their battle had a great influence internationally. Such a bilateral agreement has made a revolutionary agreement to limit the number of nuclear weapons. The treaty was applied in Russia after the collapse of the former Soviet Union.
   So, on August 2, the US withdrew from the treaty. One country left the bilateral treaty. What happens? Missiles will not be banned.
   President Trump said on this matter: planning a new treaty. Russia is excited. The new treaty should include China.

3. so if the two parties aim at an agreement, the dispute will be settled someday. However, if the dispute spreads among the three parties, the time to discuss becomes extremely long. Discussions will be difficult as the agreement is practically impossible.
   Of course, the governments of each country know that. So this Trump administration’s statement to include China does not mean that the new treaty on missiles will not be agreed? ↩︎
