Projects, unlike plans, are not at all free

Recently, I have been worried about my perforated jeans. I was more of a guy who didn’t care about appearance, but how did people who don’t know my opinion look at my perforated jeans? I came to worry about that. In short, is this so-called “sloppy”?

I don’t know if it’s directly related to this, but a month ago I decided to reduce the number of cigarettes. I smoked 20 cigarettes a day, but I wanted to reduce it to 10. This plan was successful. I was able to keep it within 10 a day. I do not intend to quit smoking completely, but I felt that it would not make sense to smoke 20 cigarettes every day. So I succeeded in planning to make 10 cigarettes a day, and thought, “It’s surprisingly easy.” The problem then occurred.

I got used to 10 cigarettes a day and one day I smoked 11 cigarettes. The next day, 11 became 12. Now I don’t think I need to stick to a plan to limit to 10 cigarettes per day. I guess my plan went bankrupt.

Plans can be drawn relatively freely. In order to make the plan a reality, a project must be launched separately from the plan.

Projects, unlike plans, are not at all free

Each step of the project has a certain direction. No matter how small a step, it is not permissible to deviate from the prescribed direction. At that point, running the project would be a very lame undertaking.
But, therefore, a project is a real effort, not an extension of a dream or hope like a plan. Both the execution and outcome of the project are realistic. If you want to dominate the reality, if you want to realize your plan, create a project from the plan and execute it step by step. We cannot go directly from plan to reality.

Ghost towns are increasing around large Indian cities.
Since 2000, the market has been liberalized in India, and funds have begun to flow smoothly. Funds also flowed into housing loans and housing construction projects increased. Until then, large-scale development projects were difficult in India.
In the ten years since 2009, 5 million apartment buildings have been constructed, and the size of housing-related finance has quadrupled to $ 70 billion.

But the fever of building a house eventually faced problems. There was a shortage of labor to build houses.

Due to the lack of people who actually build houses,

there have been cases where a project that should be completed in three years will not be completed even after five years.

Eventually, construction funds were exhausted and developers were unable to repay debt

People who have bought a house are still unable to move in and have no refunds.

In particular, the “middle class,” estimated to be 100 million people in India, has purchased houses, but completion of construction projects for 450,000 apartments across India has been delayed for more than three years. The middle class in India appears to be facing a situation similar to the “Subprime mortgage crisis” in the United States.
The lower spending of the middle class on living has led to a decline in the consumer economy, even affecting the slowdown of the entire Indian economy. Even information was reported that the Indian economy has grown less than 5% recently. This is the worst figure in the last decade.
The Indian middle class supported the current Narendra Modi administration and has strongly supported the last two elections. Experts say that governments should help good projects by providing funding and advice. Otherwise, bad projects would only exacerbate the problem.

The plan is unrealistic, but the project is realistic. But projects cannot avoid miscalculation. Project resources consist of four elements: people, goods, money, and information. If these are not all secured, the project should not go live. Otherwise, it will fail.

That’s it for today’s post. Thank you
