Take the physical or psychological nature of women into account

“I left that job. Now I’m a freelancer. You know that, right?”

Let’s admit that in a workplace where women are scarce, the tasks assigned to women are still kind of special.
Of course, if the physical or psychological nature of women is taken into account, then to some extent the way women work may be taken into consideration.
So, is washing coffee grinders and arranging roses on shelves the only tasks that should be given to women? I do not know.

How is change different from catastrophe?

A run-up period precedes the change of things.
If something that precedes a change is not recognized, it is an outbreak, not a change. No one can predict an accident.

At that job, she was diligent. She found trivial tasks that are often overlooked by men, and actively performed them.
Her duties were essential in that office, but the absurd fact was that she did not play a leading role there.
Yesterday, I met her for the first time in a long time, and she didn’t change at all. However, when I looked closely at her, the color of her colored contacts had changed.
From her silvery eyes, it’s hard to tell what she’s thinking.

Why are we so often confused by trivial changes?

A catastrophic event is necessarily different from the current state. Also, it is not easy to distinguish whether an event is due to a change in different states or a sudden event.
Because even the result of gradual change, if we are not prepared for it, we perceive it as an unexpected state.
