A late dream

Dreams are easier and the mind is less concerned. Is not it a dream that a state in which an incomplete ego in a sleep state reacts to environmental information? When we are awake, we perform information processing almost completely, but in half sleeping, only half of the environmental information is processed. The other half of the necessary information is imagined by unconsciousness. That imagined part is a dream, is not it? I think. Classical psychology is effective only in a quiet and dark laboratory, it is only aristocratic entertainment. As the climate will gradually warm up, your sleeping time will be extended as well. But at such times, let's get stuck to your ego and wake up.

I really had no time today. I got up late. The reason why I woke up was late because it was raining.

Is not it true eating gastronomic to eat something good for digestion? Even if there are various kinds of foods such as delicious items, beautiful things, seasonal items, topical items, etc., it is not fun unless it is good for digestion. What is good for digestion is the most expensive indeed. And it is not pleasant unless you eat healthily.

Yes, have you read it? Today, I was late for getting up again. I usually spend my diligent days clearing my personal things by waking up before and after dawn, but sleep time has been extended today. The reason is simple. It is because humidity is high and the temperature is high. Today it is raining because the humidity was high and it was warm. I sleep soundly at such times. This morning, when I woke up, it was an hour and a half later than the usual wake-up time. That one hour is regrettable. I judged that I could not have breakfast at ease, and I ate a sandwich at a convenience store. To be precise, I bought a sandwich at a convenience store and ate it.

Fast food and convenience store sandwiches are magical items, and even a small amount has a sense of satiety. Is there anything devised in that? For one thing, there are plenty of seasonings. And, besides hams, vegetables, cheese, and other ingredients, is not there a mixture that swells in the body? Speaking of such a thing, I will be scolded by the great heroes who fight in the kitchen. Anyway, you will feel full when you eat a bit. That’s okay.

Now, when we sleep a bit, we have a dream. As you all think, the dream is really interesting. The only thing I can say is that the dream will be formed to some extent by the sleeping environment (external sound, smell, and light). If someone is talking near you, you will see a dream about that person. Well, that phenomenon is because unconsciously reacts and thinks. It was often said that dreams reflect our mind. A famous scholar made a dream judgment (I might be wrong, a dream diagnosis?), That is, a method to advance psychological research from a dream, it seems to be temporarily prevalent, but I think that is not valid.1 Dreams are easier and the mind is less concerned. I think.

As the climate will gradually warm up, your sleeping time will be extended as well. But at such times, let’s get stuck to your ego and wake up. It is over today. goodbye
