In small talk, it doesn’t matter much to our interests, so it’s relatively easy. However, there are people who can’t do it sometimes, so I can’t say it’s an easy matter.

When you have a deep discussion with someone, there is always a conflict of opinions. Because everyone thinks he is right. Everyone has the illusion that their judgment is original. So no one can give up their own opinion.
The discussions between those who do not bend their opinions are not easy. In that case, the easiest way to resolve a conflict is to do things without listening to the other person.
However, doing something without accepting dissent is the simplest solution, but it only avoids the problem, it does not solve it.
The only illusion that doing things arbitrarily has solved the problem is at the moment when something is done arbitrarily. We are reminded that the problem is not resolved the moment after it is executed.
What should we do? Perhaps the best way to solve a problem is to adjust many opinions over time. If you spend a lot of time adjusting your views, you’ll be able to get straight closer to a solution.

In addition, there appear to be some steps in the process of adjusting opinions over time. First, summarize your opinion, then ask the other person’s opinion. It may be the first step to ask the other person’s intention.
