The garbage that was thrown away this morning was put together last night. So this morning’s work has been reduced a bit. However, I didn’t have enough time, so I prepared to go out in a hurry.
If you have time to grudge
about running out of time, you should use that time to do something. Prioritize hands and feet over thoughts.
I cooked breakfast, poured it into my stomach, and sat still for a few minutes. I put cold water in a glass and drank it. it was delicious.
I haven’t had a chance to drink a lot in the last few years. The reason is that I don’t have time to do that, but above all, I don’t feel like drinking alcohol.
Why? I feel stressed physically and mentally, but I don’t depend on alcohol. Despite this tendency being good.
What happens to unconscious stress?
One great man said that anyone who has a goal and strives to achieve it is always annoyed.
So stressing is neither shameful nor concealed.
But I would like to point out one thing to be aware of. It is a question of whether serious stress can be noticed.
If the stress is mild, the person will be aware of it and can take some measures to relieve the stress for the time being.
But how can serious stress, that is, chronic and structural stress that even the person is not aware of, be dealt with?
This unconscious stress will increase at an unconscious level and will eventually destroy a person’s roots.
Such incurable adverse aspects of stress may develop within the person or may be directed at others.
Well, we can avoid stress, so if you still have time, let’s live away from stress.
