I was awake around 4 am. I lay down for a while, still staring at the dark window.
What I had to do this morning
was the same as usual. It was to eat breakfast, take a shower, and wash my shirt.
Information on the Tokyo Olympics is announced on the radio. Someone resigned and someone refused to attend the opening ceremony.
I got dressed and prepared breakfast. I threw raw meat and vegetables into the microwave.
The tiredness of last night seemed to remain in my body, so I sat in a chair many times and listened to the noise coming out of the microwave.
After eating breakfast and taking a shower, I collected clothes to wear today and items to carry.
I put my foot in my sneakers and did the final inspection. Do I have the key to the door of this room?
I left the room and locked the door, humming only the part I remembered from the song I knew. No one will be in this room for more than 12 hours from now.
After going out and walking a few steps, I turned around and saw an empty room.
What are the current more effective and cheaper ways to keep thieves out of the room?
I think one of the issues that is often forgotten because it is not so obvious is the security issue.
As a general rule, as a method of property conservation and our security management, no one must be able to invade our homes.
Then, specifically, the door is locked.
Of course, security cameras and infrared sensors are commercially available at local supermarkets.
But those cheap Chinese-made security goods record the intruder’s activity, but they can’t prevent it.
The current more effective and cheaper way to keep thieves out of the room is to lock the doors.
Is that all that? That’s it!
So don’t forget to lock the door as a necessary and sufficient measure. Check it only once after locking the door. Only once!
So, surprisingly, when it comes to security, the classic method of continuing from ancient or medieval times is still the most effective.
Tired of it as usual, the morning town is full of people going out. People who walk in a hurry, people who drive at full speed.
But our absent home is a very risky place.
No one protects you from troublesome troubles. Only you can face the trouble.
I was also unconsciously walking faster.
