Is things going bad because they don’t have an effective plan?

Or is it because I’m a weirdo? ....

Apparently I’m not the only weirdo living in this town. The proof is that the adhesive seems to be selling well.

plan
original
change
execute
situation
ideas

This adhesive is a special adhesive

that is sold in DIY shops and hardens in the air at room temperature in about 24 hours.
Regular glue is used to glue multiple materials together, but the glue I get about twice a month only hardens and doesn’t stick anything.
What do you think I’m using this for?
It is used to repair the soles of sneakers.
Apply it to the worn part of the sole of the sneaker and wait for 24 hours to recover the worn part.
Recently, sneakers have become worn out. I used to buy one at a time, twice a month.
I went to the DIY shop earlier today, but I was in a hurry because the typhoon was approaching.
It’s raining now. It was correct to act in a hurry.

Is things going bad because they don’t have an effective plan?

Many people are worried that they can’t do what they have to do.
Many also blame the lack of effective planning.
But even with an effective plan, it is unlikely that anything will be completed in time.
The processing or progress of things is achieved only by the parties doing it.
In addition, I think that the parties’ on-the-spot and flexible decisions will be the decisive factor in the completion of the plan.
With that in mind, it may be possible to assert that planning is not a major factor.
Basically, a plan is a dream story, and it does nothing.
I think that the most important factor in the progress of things is that the parties responsible for things keep track of the situation and always come up with appropriate ideas.
Simply put, it even means continuing to change the original plan.
There may be various inconveniences if you change your plan, but don’t worry. The plan was a dream story that had nothing to do with reality, right?

Repairing the soles of shabby sneakers and continuing to wear them is a very strange act.
But I’ve done that, and apparently I’m not the only one doing that.
Tonight I will extrude the white glue and apply it to the soles of my sneakers.
I didn’t miss the forecast that it would rain after noon. Is it because of my ability to execute that I didn’t get wet with the pouring rain now? Or is it because I’m a weirdo?
