I think it’s not so good mentally to stay home. Occasionally go out on the street, eat something, and if possible, gather friends and play.
It is often pointed out that a quiet and unobtrusive environment seems to be a good way to focus things. It is said that indoors are more suitable for concentration than busy streets.
Is that right? I think it’s different. You can focus when you are walking down the street, and being indoors does not necessarily increase your concentration. No one will bother you in the crowd.
You may stop or sit on the street. You can read a book, take notes, or talk over the phone. It’s not your home or work, but you are free to use it.
The people who make up the crowd are all strangers, and no one cares about them. So it’s an environment where everyone is lonely and can therefore focus on something.
Isolation means physically moving the body away, but mental isolation does not require space. The conditions for mental isolation are both indoor and outdoor.
