When we run out of supplies, we consumers speak out

What I’m worried about is lack of food, rather than oversupply of masks.....

Electronic device manufacturers produce medical masks. Various conditions such as equipment such as a clean room are convenient and suitable for mask production.

The production line for electronic components was diverted to the production of medical masks. Isn’t this a very interesting phenomenon? The equipment that makes semiconductors makes fiber products.

Different services are affected differently. To give a familiar example, it seems that sales of cosmetics are sluggish. Well, especially for women, when you don’t have the chance to go outside, you don’t need to put on makeup. So, cosmetics have stopped selling.

When we run out of supplies, we consumers speak out. However, consumers are selfish and do not buy things they don’t need. Therefore, even if a lot of products are supplied, if they are not bought, the manufacturer will lose. In fact, manufacturers that can’t make a profit go bankrupt.

Who decides the appropriate supply? Manufacturers make it and supply it because they decide it will sell. But in the case of oversupply, the consumer is the king. Even if something that is not needed is supplied, no one needs it. Something is not going well.

Medical masks are being made and supplied more and more. Over time, masks will be left over. A pile of mask stock will be built and probably burned as they are not needed.

Also, can the production line that made the mask be able to make electronic parts again? I get the impression that everything is going on unplanned.

What I’m worried about is lack of food, rather than oversupply of masks. All industries are under heavy pressure, and I can’t help but feel short of food. What would you do if food was cut off?

So when a problem arises, we don’t typically look to someone else for help, we just find a way to do it.” …

That’s all for today’s post. Thank you
