A way of working that belongs to an organization and receives regular salaries. Or, a way of working that does something that does not belong to an organization and earns income by doing something personally. Let’s define the former as an official way of working and the latter as freelance.
Of course, you would think that freelance work is a good idea. Many will be optimistic. On the contrary, if you work officially in your organization, your income will be stable. There are many people who have such an illusion.
Whether you work officially or freelance, we have many illusions, dreams and hopes until we do it.
I think the conditions are almost the same, whether official or freelance. In terms of having to work hard and work hard to achieve results, I don’t think work styles are so important.
However, I would like to point out one thing, but if you work in an official way, you are regarded as part of the organization. Regardless of your personal feelings and thoughts, you will be evaluated about your organization.
In other words, you are not evaluated at all, you are through. It’s the organization, not you, that is evaluated by your actions.
On the one hand, it’s easy, and it means you’re not responsible. At the same time, it means that you are one of the gears of the organization.
Now, let me say one more thing, when you work as a freelance, your social reputation is low. Because freelance work lacks continuity. Even if one freelancer is talented and hardworking, if that person disappears, the work content will not be supplied.
If someone who can do the same isn’t always on standby, jobs won’t be ordered on a continuous basis.
Of course, the people ordering jobs to freelancers will have other alternative freelancers available. In that sense, freelance is disposable. If that’s all right, let’s do it.
