As you walk around the city, you may come across strange streets.

budget

public
depletion
over-allocation
policy

The road contains the name of a town far away.

The road does not extend to such a distant town. Yet, it is named as if it leads to the distant town.

Initially, the road was planned to be extended to the distant town, but for some reason the budget could not be obtained on the way, so the construction was interrupted and only the name remained.

That is also clear by looking at the map. An elegantly curved road is marked there, but disappears along the way.

The part where the road disappeared is a vacant lot, and the houses that did not evict are lined up beyond it.

By the end of the year, urgent public works will begin here and there.

A critic said that the reason for the less-needed civil engineering work to begin is that the budget provided must be consumed.

The public budget is allocated to public businesses, but if the budget remains at the end of the fiscal year, it seems to be the practice of government offices to reduce it in the next fiscal year.

The budget provided to public enterprises, such as budget depletion and budget over-allocation, is far from our image of it.

Unlike budgets provided by policy decisions, budgets for private businesses are paid solely on performance.

If a business has a track record, it is expected to grow further and the budget will be allocated.

In that sense, don’t you think private business is like surfing?

Read the small waves, predict the next big wave, and stand on the board as soon as possible. It’s too late after the big waves.
