That’s because as the average age goes up, it’s normal because the numbers are averages

However, my view is that even if the average age of the population rises, no serious problems will occur.....

I got on the bus this morning, and although it may have been affected by the time of day, I think there were about 6 passengers, and the average age was around 40 years old.

the average age present future
40 normal it makes no sense
100 crisis and anxiety normal

When you look at people around you and imagine their average age, the numbers are getting higher and higher.

The declining birthrate and aging population are emerging as familiar numbers rather than prophecies.

However, my view is that even if the average age of the population rises, no serious problems will occur.

That’s because as the average age goes up, it’s normal because the numbers are averages.

For example, even if the average age of a society reaches 100 years old, the majority of them are older, which is the general condition of that society. In other words, that’s normal. So all discussions will start with that reality.

Even if we feel a sense of crisis and anxiety about the declining birthrate and aging population, it is only anxiety about the future from the present. Given this time gap, how fruitful discussions can be?

When we look back and discuss the past, it makes sense if the results feed back to the present, otherwise it makes no sense. Proper conclusions will not be drawn because future debates also argue that they have not happened yet.

First child in SC dies from COVID-19… “Today, we mourn the loss of one of our children to this virus. It is heart-wrenching to lose a child under any circumstances, and especially so during a time when we have all lost so much already,” …

That’s all for today’s post. Thank you
