Any tips for self-management?

We can control our actions and strive for success in life…..

Once upon a time there was a man who was born into a poor family. He was forced to experience hunger and his family survived by eating potatoes. He didn’t want to live that kind of life, so he left home and started working.

He finally got a job and started earning money. He could eat whatever he liked, but he didn’t want potatoes. He spent most of his money on food, eating whatever he liked and tasted good. But he didn’t get fat. He was thin without doing anything.

Not knowing what was happening to his body, he went to the doctor. Doctors told him he was bulimic. The man was shocked. He didn’t think he was eating too much.

Doctors told him to diet and exercise. The man complied and soon his weight started to increase. He was finally healthy and happy.

From this experience, the man learned the importance of self-control. He knew he could control what he ate and maintain a healthy weight. He also learned that he had to work hard to live the life he wanted.
