Our lives change at regular intervals. If you are a student, there is an upgrade in what you learn, and if you are working, there is promotion and vice versa. You may move to a different location for various reasons.
Keeping moving from one phase to another is the truth of our lives. In the first place, even as we grow older, we change.
Now, mysteriously, the speed at which rumors are transmitted is much faster than the speed of change and movement. When you move from one phase to another, rumors about you are already ahead of the new phase.
But for some reason, we believe we shouldn’t believe the rumor. The rumors are accurate and well-founded.
When we hear a rumor, we don’t believe it, but we try to verify it. To tell the truth, we seem to want to trust the rumor. Therefore, we will verify.
If so, don’t you think the verification time is wasted? As long as the rumor is factual information, spending time verifying it to satisfy your needs is a waste of time.
There are good rumors and bad rumors. In the case of bad rumors, something may be too late for you to verify. If so, shouldn’t we act on rumors as soon as possible?
Accurate information is an accurate rumor, useful knowledge is a useful rumor. And a great deal of time is being spent examining rumors.
