One way to organize receipts, mail and various paper materials is to classify them.
For example
it can be roughly classified according to what the target is or who the target is.
However, classifying information often falls into an endless loop. Classification tends to be too detailed.
As a result, when we add new material, we waste valuable time thinking about which category the material belongs to.
Why is the advice to get out of the mess useless?
We often get into a state of confusion and struggle to get out of it.
Nosy critics or researchers analyze the psychological state of a confused person and provide effective solutions.
However, the real turmoil is the state of being unable to remember and carry out such valuable advice.
So, at least I think what you need to know is to realize that you are in a state of confusion when you are in a state of confusion.

There were so many different categories that one day I took steps to get rid of those confusions.
