Is it good to behave freely?

So please allow me to behave freely until I decide on it.....

“The plot over there is owned by the owner of the farmland over there, so there’s a hut built like that, and a lot of things are stored there.”

It was a really irrelevant conversation

but it may be a valuable exchange of information for an elderly couple who has such a conversation.
Early in the morning, the park in the town where I live is unexpectedly crowded. Rather, the park is quieter in the daytime.
It’s also wise in a sense to go out and talk about things you can’t talk about at home. Because we know that there is information that children don’t need to know.

Why is there a priority in behavior?

We behave differently depending on our position or situation. Only newborn babies will always be able to behave the same.
One of the reasons why behavior is prioritized is to avoid unnecessary conflicts, or to fulfill our own demands without hesitation.
That is, we check the situation before we say or act. After confirming the situation, we decide and implement the behavior.
But is such a procedure perfect? I have some doubts.
Because we should act for us. But wouldn’t we be driven by the situation if we followed the steps above?
Of course, if you are aware of the situation and act in a manner that does not deviate significantly, there will be no unnecessary friction. But then, our true feelings will be misplaced.

“Well, listen. What do you think he said then? I couldn’t stop laughing!”
It is their conversation that no one can stop. Three young people are having a fun conversation on the street. The three were sitting on the road.
There is no problem. There are few cars in the early morning. No one will be in trouble as long as the conversation ends before the traffic jam begins.
Even I decide how to behave according to the situation. So please allow me to behave freely until I decide on it.
