You’re always working hard. I’m always looking at you. So, this project. I think it’s a novel, positive and great plan. But it’s hard to say, this is unprecedented. It’s hard to pass without precedent. I agree with this plan. But I can’t say that the top management agrees. Do you understand?

But if you resent the opinion that it’s difficult to realize your plan because it’s unprecedented, I think it’s a slightly silly decision.
I’m not saying that precedent is needed, but that it can’t be unprecedented. In other words, there is always precedent for any novel and groundbreaking idea.
Of course, no matter where you look for something that looks exactly like your new idea, you won’t find it forever. But we should look at what it is, not what it looks like.
In order to realize the new plan, let’s look for cases where the form is different but the essence is almost the same.
It’s also the latest and last information that strongly supports your idea.
It’s a waste to miss such valuable and influential information. Everyone knows that you work hard.
