Big projects that work together as an organization can never be forgotten.

Some people may forget about a project that almost everyone is involved in, but it doesn’t happen that the organization has forgotten it because many others remember it.

Of course, if no effect is confirmed after the deadline, there are other causes and it is more serious.

Now, what I want to point out is forgetfulness in telework.

Usually, large deals are not left to personal work, only small deals are given to teleworkers.

The number of people who know the details of the small case is limited, and sometimes there are only two people, the person in charge and the manager.

So what happens if the two are busy and lack attention and motivation?

Yes, one afternoon, suddenly you receive a complaint email from a client. The deadline has passed, what’s going on?

It was your fault, not anyone’s fault. In that sense, it would be effective as a measure against forgetfulness to share any small project with unrelated people and secure regular chats.

I am convinced that it is an inefficient method. But unless humans are machines, human errors are inevitable.
