Having an offline conversation has a special meaning

And job seekers will not simply be looking for a job either. They’re thinking a lot, but they just don’t say it.....

I don’t like the interview.

For example, when looking for a job, the hiring party and the job seeker must have an interview at least once.

The person’s agent cannot do it.

However, recently, there is a work style that allows you to undertake outsourced work without having an interview. Just launch the app, get a big black bag, and you’re ready to go to work.

But analog interviews will not go away. Especially when looking for a job or looking for a lover.

Still, why do we have an interview?

People should be able to evaluate their aptitude and ability just by submitting documents and answering the entry sheet, right?

Perhaps having an offline conversation has a special meaning.

Please know When it comes to job interviews, screening and hiring is actually a heavier burden than looking for a job.

This is because, as long as the hire is also a human being, the future of one person, a job seeker, is considered to some extent before evaluation.

Employers are familiar with the bad parts of the fucking companies in the fucking industry they work for. Those things are full of things that you wouldn’t know unless you worked there.

So for the hires, those who aspire to such a fucking job are innocent victims.

But can the employers tell the truth?

And job seekers will not simply be looking for a job either. They’re thinking a lot, but they just don’t say it.

If so, is the interview a deception?

Surprisingly, that’s right.
