If the customer has any complaints
it takes the form of a complaint. Then, in the opposite case, what kind of trouble can we have?
There is something wrong with the item bought, and the person in charge calls the customer, apologizes, and tries to tell him what happened.
What are the effective applications of words?
Are we storing words? In other words, are you able to use the words as your own?
Needless to say, words are a promised symbol for communication with others. It is mainly used when talking to or listening to someone.
However, such usage is only part of the work of words. Words can be used for more than conversation or contact.
For example, when we put together and validate some ideas, will we immediately try them out? Will not.
Many of us use words to reconstruct ideas, practice simulations with words, and complete them with words. Those who do not do this have not acquired enough words.

The customer didn’t seem to be aware of that. He makes a voice like listening to someone else’s story.
The person in charge of the store must have been relieved. Of course she didn’t put it into words.
