Can handle language, but processing emotions is underdeveloped at this time

Recently, however, many experts have challenged official guidance and say it makes sense to mask our faces in public.....

So, does the fact that robots, as developed to work, have no face means that we do not need a face or expression when we work? When working, are emotions not a necessity, but rather an element to exclude? Most of the workers are still human.

The robots have no faces. It just has parts that look like a face. Robots are certainly capable. They are fast and accurate, powerful and, in addition, they can work dexterously and keep moving around the clock. Beyond humans. But I can’t find their faces. In other words, they don’t show their expressions. Physical performance is high, but emotional output is poor. It can handle language, but processing emotions is underdeveloped at this time.

They do information processing, but they don’t process emotions

Why are robot faces undeveloped? The answer lies in the following question: Why was the robot developed? Robots were developed as an extension of the automation of industrial machines. Because it is an industrial machine, the purpose of a robot is to work. For example, in the case of humans, when working, facial expressions are not needed much. When working efficiently, facial expressions are not so essential. Therefore, in the development of robots, technology related to emotion output or facial expression is not given priority.
During the past few months, it has been advised that healthy people should not wear masks as a way to protect themselves from coronavirus. Recently, however, many experts have challenged official guidance and say it makes sense to mask our faces in public.
Few studies have shown the effectiveness of homemade masks in preventing infection, but experts have provided some advice. :

Improvised masks made of T-shirts protect you from infection to some extent

For thick fabrics, such as thick cotton T-shirts and felts, the thicker the fabric, the better the effect. Bandana fabrics are usually very thin, so protection from infection may be low. Two or three bandana fabrics should be stacked.

However, at present, it is difficult to find commercially available masks. If you need a mask, you must create it yourself. Now more and more experts say that going to grocery stores and pharmacies with non-medical or homemade masks may be a good solution. And if the wearing of the mask is performed along with hand washing and social distance, the infection control effect will be maximized.
