There is a tree even in the small garden of the small house where I live, and a tree branch has invaded the grounds of the next house. Tree branches do not touch the ground, but apparently have penetrated into the premises of others’ homes. Eventually I will be able to lodge a complaint.

A common method of dividing the site of a house is to install walls and fences. Besides that, I think that the method of making a garden is also effective. So the garden is the physical basis for defining the boundaries. The trees planted are also private property, so installing them will show that they are private property.
The garden of the house seems to have two functions. One of the functions is to show legal effect. The other is to create aesthetics and soften our hearts. There were two functions, hardware and software.
