The only reason we didn’t handle such a convenient time

Many victims who were exhausted until they burned out and couldn’t do anything would have lived longer if they could even discover this treasure.....

As is often said, it seems that the solution can be found by looking at things in reverse.

Why do we not have time?

In my case, I sometimes apply this superstition to how I spend my time.
Instead of thinking that you are busy and have no time, the idea is that you will be busy because you do not have time.
After all, time isn’t something that flows mercilessly and disappears, it’s something that you have to create yourself.
For example, suppose that one hour is given. We plan what to do.
At this stage, I wonder if we are already wasting our time.
Because there are very few tasks that can be completed in just one hour.

What are the tips for handling miscellaneous things?

One of my methods is to divide the hour into four.
One hour is divided into four, and units of 15 minutes each are assumed.
There are tons of tasks that can be completed in 15 minutes. Personal chores can be completed in about 15 minutes. The only reason we didn’t handle such a convenient time was because we couldn’t find the free time of 15 minutes.
Let’s change clothes. Let’s move the disturbing items. Check your email. Let’s drink something. Let’s write a diary. Let’s have a meeting with friends.
At that time, you should never think about anything, and of course you should not work. Please switch.
When you’re free from the little things, you’re bound to have a moment of peace. At that time, you can start the work you should do.
Only 15 minutes. Many victims who were exhausted until they burned out and couldn’t do anything would have lived longer if they could even discover this treasure.
