A woman, who looks around 40, is sitting on a bench in the back alley. She wears a winter jacket and has a small purse. And she is hugging her own body.
She has heavy make-up
and her hair is carefully curled. At first glance, she doesn’t look like a homeless person. But early in the morning she is sleeping on a dirty bench.
The temperature is low. If she slept soundly, she might freeze to death. But I think she’s okay.
Because she holds her own body tightly with her hands.
Why is a definition called legal personality needed?
One of the conditions for something to continue is that it is firmly grasped by someone.
That means that something is temporarily and privately owned. In this case, its possession does not necessarily mean a certain asset.
That is, if something public works without disappearing, someone specific individual must take responsibility for it.
Of course, public resources are supposed to be shared publicly, so that should not result in private property.
This jerky situation may be one of the reasons why a definition called legal personality is needed. Public matters have absolutely no private side, but it seeks the private responsibility of a particular individual.

Anyway, I wonder why she is sleeping on the street in the early morning. She may be on her way to work.
In other words, she came too early. So she is sleeping in the back alley while she waits.
However, the situation may be the other way around. By the time she arrived, she was already too late.
I wonder what she would do if she was late.
Maybe she will hug her purse and look for another bench.
