Change the name of the building each time it was sold

Swallows are building their nests. Let’s watch it gently

If you think about it
it’s a strange proposal. It was written on a piece of paper and affixed to a pillar at the entrance of a building.
Looking far above the paper, I saw something dirty high up. It was a swallow’s nest.
How are the conditions that give rise to chance and inevitability?
A coincidence that bothers us, and an inevitability that afflicts us. Our lives are formed by the work of both.
Sometimes we give up some things by necessity, or we are happy or sad by chance.
However, keep in mind that those events are the result of certain circumstances.
Things don’t happen unless certain conditions are in place. In that sense, inevitable and even accidental consequences are merely the product of various conditions.
And even the reason why the conditions were born is accidental or inevitable.
“I’ve lived in this town for a long time
so I know this town in detail. The roads in the suburbs are great because there are few traffic lights!”
A young man I know speaks cheerfully. Even though I didn’t know what he wanted me to say.
I talked about Swallow’s Nest, but he didn’t know that. Nor did he even know that the entrance to the building would leak during heavy rains.
The building is located almost in the center of the town. Many people are always visiting there.
The building was built about half a century ago and sold several times. The name of the building changed each time it was sold, but the building itself has never been renovated.
The appearance is fine, but there is a leak and a swallow’s nest on the ceiling of the entrance. In a sense, it’s a building that hints at the rise and fall of this town.
