But he knew one reliable way. It means dismantling the group in order to manage it.
In other words, the only weapon for managers is management rights, so exercise them as effectively as possible. If the mutual trust of the group is destroyed, the control right can be fully exercised.

How to reduce the difference due to social position?
Efforts to close the gap are easy. It’s enough just to move.
However, it should be remembered that this measure is effective only for physical distance and powerless for social distance.
What is social distance? Now I am talking about the sense of distance in a social position.
In other words, the difference depending on the social position. This is social isolation. There is no way to reduce this.
Because it’s a social class issue. This has never been resolved.
