Pack the front basket of his bicycle with groceries or bottles

I wonder what will start from now.....

“Hello! It’s hot today. Is it from now?”

It was only recently that I learned that electric bicycles are comfortable. If you don’t mind the surprisingly high price of a dedicated rechargeable battery, a power-assisted bicycle is a comfortable tool.
The bicycle on which an elderly man who spoke to me rides is not electrically assisted. It’s a human-powered bicycle.
He is a person I meet on this street from time to time, and he always rides a bicycle and carries something.
The front basket of his bicycle is packed with groceries or bottles. He lives in this town with many slopes.
I don’t think he can carry all the everyday items at once because the front basket of his bike isn’t big. So he goes out on his bike several times a day.

Is neutrality born naturally?
A state that is not affected by intentional matters is a neutral state. I think this applies to all events.
It is no exaggeration to say that neutrality is a standard, a foundation, and the safest condition.
It’s also an essential condition for something to start. But will such a situation happen quite naturally?
No, being neutral is an artificial thing and is not born naturally.
Believe it or not, neutrality is intentionally created and maintained in all aspects.
And the means exercised for neutrality are by no means neutral.

He runs with those items in the front basket of his bicycle. Of course, he goes up the hill.
However, there is only one thing I don’t understand. Every time he meets me, he asks, “From now on?”
from now? I wonder what will start from now.

That’s all for today’s post. Thank you
