Change to different things for those who come into close contact with the information and for those who do not

But I can’t imagine that many tables on the street will stay put forever.....

The area is rather deserted. It is located away from major highways and even has a large public cemetery nearby.

However, at night, it is crowded with people. A table is placed on the road, and simple food or alcohol is brought.
Simply put, street vendors there are illegal. I can imagine that table and dishes will be removed soon.
The stall is run by a daring owner who dares to commit illegal acts to run the restaurant business. So the food is not good, and the beer served has already lost its foam.

Why do we often come across information we do not understand?
Information changes with distance. Concretely, the information changes to different things for those who come into close contact with the information and for those who do not.
For example, if you encounter some information and cannot fully understand it, it is safe to assume that the cause is the distance between you and the information.
To put it in extreme terms, the information conveyed differs between the sender and receiver of certain information.

Do you know why such a messed up restaurant is open? Of course, it is because many visitors come.
I wonder why so many customers come to the store. Because, yes, someone took a video of this area and posted it online.

Why does information change?
This is because different people use information differently.
In other words, the information changes depending on the purpose of use.

I wonder how this situation should be interpreted. Clearly illegal business is justified by the spread of the video.
With so many people visiting, shops or businesses in this area will thrive. So it’s justified.
Looking at the videos available online, it seems that the personality of the owner of this store is attractive. Customers from overseas come to the store impressed by the owner’s personality.
But I can’t imagine that many tables on the street will stay put forever.
