How is motivation measured?
There is a strong correlation between motivation and positivity. Highly motivated people are willing to get involved in everything.
So how are those welcome temperaments measured?
Needless to say, one measure is work speed. If the speed of work is fast, strong motivation can be assumed there.
On the contrary, what if the progress of a certain work is slow? Should motivation be rated low?
Basically, the scale used for the measurement is independent in itself and is not part of the object to be measured. In addition, the object to be measured is not part of the measurement scale.
In this respect, the validity of the motivation measurement method is broken. In other words, even if the work speed is slow, the motivation is often high.
Moreover, fast working speed does not prove to be highly motivated.
