Be subjective, sloppy and inaccurate

They are people with hopelessly asshole hearts.....

There are many troublesome points of IT technology. I think that the most unpleasant point among the harmful effects is that IT does not have a human heart.

Of course, a management system that fully utilizes IT is extremely excellent. Because it analyzes a large amount of data instantly and spit out the optimal solution.
However, as a matter of course, IT technology does not hesitate to do anything. That’s why it conflicts with people’s hearts.
Still, most of the workers are still human. They are people with hearts.

Why do we hate each other?
I wonder why we hate each other.
And why can’t we trust each other without hating each other?
I think one of the keys to solving this mystery is that we are similar to each other.
That is, because we are similar to each other, we hypothetically share strengths and weaknesses.

In what respect should the human heart take precedence? There is no answer. Unfortunately, the human mind is not designed for efficiency.
As I’m sure even you have experienced many times, when the human mind is involved in management, it’s no good.

Why are we sometimes irritated by our best friends?
Anything unforgivable about someone is pseudo-shared, so it’s also about you.
Therefore, frustration or anger is not singular, but compoundly strengthened by being shared with you and others. It goes beyond personal feelings.

The human mind is subjective, sloppy and inaccurate. The amount of information that can be processed by it is quite limited, and it is not uncommon for many people to argue for at least half a day just to make one small decision.
Needless to say, the ultimate aim of conference attendees is corporate efficiency, profitability, and sustainability.
But they are all human. They are people with hopelessly asshole hearts.
