Ignore the form, and vice versa

If you prepare the garbage without knowing it, the collection vehicle will not collect it.....

Long metal sticks, sewing machines, doll cases, etc. These are classified as non-burnable garbage.

Carrier bags, desks, TV stands, large hangers, boards, wooden chairs, etc. These are bulk combustible garbage.
And cardboard, bottles, clothes, etc. These are recovered as recycled resources.

Should form and content be distinguished?
We often make a distinction between form and content, but I don’t think that’s the right way to do it.
Because sometimes it’s the form that matters, and other times it’s the content.
In other words, form and content are two aspects of almost the same dimension, and there is no important distinction between them in decision-making.

Collection days differ according to each classification. So if you don’t prepare the garbage according to the classification standards, the collection truck won’t pick it up.
This sorting method of garbage seems to be organized according to a certain standard, but it is difficult for people without specialized knowledge to understand.
At the very least, I think that what we know is the classification of waste according to its incineration temperature. Waste that requires a high incineration temperature is non-burnable waste.

Which should be emphasized, content or form?
Some people will, in some cases, value content. Others will value form in other cases.
And sometimes the content of things ignores the form, and vice versa.

In addition, special procedures are required for garbage containing hazardous substances. If you prepare the garbage without knowing it, the collection vehicle will not collect it.
