Borrow the coat that’s hanging here

I’m just making sure there’s nothing in the pockets of this coat.” ....

“Of course, anyone can borrow the coat that’s hanging here, but if you borrow it, be sure to return it!”

As far as I know, there are two coats that are often left here. One is a thin coat and the other is a high-class coat stuffed with batting.
The woman who often eats cookies at this hangout acts like she’s the furnisher of the coats.
Of course, she wouldn’t look good in such a padded coat. I can imagine that when she wears it, she’ll look like a firefighter in training.

What is the relationship between negotiation and affirmative action?
For example, it is a proposal. Or petition. Any of them will do, but for now let’s assume it’s a positive action.
When considering the relationship between such active behavior and the act of negotiation, which is different from it, we should first distinguish between two types of active behavior.
One is proactive action to encourage the start of negotiations.

My favorite coat is the light one. It’s sometimes dumped on the floor, but hey, if you grab it and shake it lightly, the dust will be removed.
On nights when it looks like it might rain, I make a point of borrowing it. Of course, the next morning I put it back in its place. However, even though it may be three days later instead of the next morning.
After all, the bastards who hang out here are always dressed like pajamas and are crazy about games. They don’t need outdoor coats.

Why should aggressive behavior be scrutinized?
The other is active action to end negotiations.
It is important that positive behavior can be accurately identified as one of the two above. Because if you get this wrong, the negotiations will either fall apart or be abandoned.

After finishing some simple errands, I stopped by a hangout, took off my favorite coat, put it on the table, and a young woman began to put her hand into the pocket of her thin coat. are you looking for something?
“Don’t worry. I’m just making sure there’s nothing in the pockets of this coat.”
