She screams when she sees me in black vinyl pants. She seems to hate rain very much.

What is coercion?

Compulsion generally refers to immaterial action. Material action is no longer compulsion.

Of course, it is possible to perform duties without wearing a uniform. Wearing a uniform is not mandatory, but rather recommended.

What concepts constitute coercion?

In other words, compulsion requires two kinds of concepts: one that exercises it and one that accepts it.
Therefore, even those subject to coercion are cooperating with coercion.

“Please do not put anything on the outside of the uniform. If you wear rain gear, please make sure that the uniform is visible through the collar.”
I wonder if those detailed instructions come only from administrators. I even wonder if there is a point of focus based on gender or personality.
